Muddy Buddy Bike & Run: 5-7 miles
2013 Run Course Map
2013 Bike & Run Course Map
Teams will start running together (more buddy time!) for the first mile and a half. Then they will pick up their bike in the ‘transition area’ (dropped before the race) and the course will shift into the traditional bike and run format for the remaining 4.5 miles. There are two loops on this section of the course and buddies will go through a total of 10 obstacles switching from the bike to run in the standard format. The total distance of biking and running is consistent with the traditional format, it is split up a little differently! Due to narrow areas of the Seattle course we are unable to bike on the first half of the course.
Muddy Buddy Mud Run: 8:00 am, 8:45 am, 9:30 am
*Note: If you participate in the later waves you may not be finished with your event to see your child participate in the Mini Muddy Buddy.
